Occupational Profiles of Graduates

Thanks to their interdisciplinary training and foreign language skills, our alumni have had a wire range of national and international employment opportunities. Our students are supported by the departmental program coordinators and career coordinators in developing their career plans. The department provides both administrative and academic advising for students so that they develop customized coursework plans based on their academic interests and embark on a career in line with their personal interests and strengths. Our graduates find employment both in public and private institutions. Among the employees hiring our graduates are autonomous agencies of the public sector, NGOs, think tanks, social research companies, advertising companies, consultancies, and banks.

Our graduates are eligible for the following positions: governor; civil administrator; juror in national and local administrative and taxation courts; inspector and specialist consultant in the Court of Auditors and State Council; administrator, specialist, and assistant specialist in ministries; inspector, specialist, and assistant specialist in committees of inspection; administrator in state-run enterprises and municipalities, official in Foreign Service, bureaucrat in Competition Authority and similar bureaucracies; inspector and specialist in private banks and companies. In addition, our graduates are employed in a variety of NGOs, think tanks, strategic research centers, national and international research and consultancy organizations and firms, EU and UN bureaucracies as political analyst, political consultant, public policy specialist, political communication specialist, political advisor, or administrator.
